What is the standard lead time?
Standard production is approximately 16–20 weeks after the order, deposit, measurements, and customization details are finalized.
Are rush orders available?
Rush production may be available from 12 weeks, depending on the gown, requested changes, and atelier capacity. Rush timing and fees require approval.
What sizes are offered?
US 0–20 are standard sizing. US 22–30 are available as extended sizing.
How are unlisted changes approved?
Add the request in the customization notes. Hana reviews feasibility, timing, and any additional charge before production.
How does a boutique request access?
Submit the partner-access form with your boutique information. Approved accounts receive instructions to enter the private portal.
